{252} energy bars

my friend, erin, introduced this recipe to me on saturday when we went to kenora for the day. she packed some of these delicious cake batter energy bars along for us. they were so good! so, i found the recipe on chocolate-covered katie's website and made it tonight. super delicious! of course, as soon as they were hardened (and i'd eaten a few pieces!), i carved my name into them. :)
