have you ever used that childish comment when someone says "so?" to you and then you answer "buttons". yeah, i use that one even now as a 30-year-old. i collect buttons and have hundreds upon hundreds of them. months ago i had started creating this name by sewing the buttons onto this green thrift-store placemat. then it became "sew" time consuming that i decided to set it aside. finally, today i hauled it out again but instead of sewing them on, i simply laid out the rest of the buttons. :)
