gah, it's that time again. time to lose weight. i'm desperate to shake these few extra pounds before my 31st birthday. well, maybe not too terribly desperate since yesterday i told you how much popcorn i've been consuming. but, i'm at least trying from monday thru friday! :)
this is my tracking sheet that i keep on my fridge. one box to mark off for: food, supplements, water and workouts. i've missed a few of each. :(
