totally obsessed with my iPhone. love all the apps. i still had my iPhone box so i snapped a pic of it to photoshop my name onto it. of course, you can't tell it's the iPhone box so it looks really plain. oh, well.

yet another thing that i collect: doilies. i love their vintage look and especially love brightly coloured ones. i use them underneath my pyrex dishes to protect my shelves. see? they still have a purpose in 2012!

my favourite board game ever: monopoly. i had to use my name somehow! i wish now that i'd edited the whole card to read differently. oh, well. next time. ;)

{332} candy candy candy

how can i still possibly have room for more candy? all i've eaten is candy! i just can't get enough. plus, i thought these mint leaves and red gummy bears looked delicious together.

{331} kakuro

totally obsessed with kakuros of late. i find myself waking up at 4:30 a.m. and hauling another one out and an hour later i'm wide awake but know that i need to go back to sleep. it's ridiculous. i always get into these bizarre crazes.

{330} garland

almost out of christmas ideas and almost out of days where it still makes sense to use them! when i bought my first christmas tree seven years ago, i had a blue bomber themed tree and so i had blue and gold garland. now i've upgraded my style and didn't need that garland anymore. george couldn't help but get involved in this name for today.

merry christmas! woohoo! i love christmastime. i had this leftover strand of wrapping paper laying around my office and i finally came up with a good use for it.

i think i've nearly exhausted every idea i had for ornaments. here's my last ornament-name. :)

{327} perry the platypus

my friends say that i'm in love with perry the platypus from phineas and ferb. i've never seen the show. i have no idea what perry's deal is but i know that i am nuts for his teal colour. i love teal and when i was in disneyworld and his face was plastered everywhere i knew i had to go home with something perry-related. so, i picked up this little guy. he helped me with my name today.

{326} new year's card

i was a little (okay, a lot) late with sending out christmas cards so i decided to do new year's cards instead. g and i got our "hair" done today and then my dad did our photos in his backyard. i rushed over to ss and got them printed just in time to hand out. :) my name is on it so it counts for this. :)

{325} expiry date

well, since it was supposed to be the expiry date of the world and all, i figured i ought to do something along those lines. so, i photoshopped my name as the "expiry date" stamp on this can of corn. :)

{324} grade school

remember when you used to have your name on your bedroom door and it would say "lauren's room--keep out!"? that's what i thought of when i saw these foam letters from michaels. i'd purchased them back in march but i finally prepared this name!

{323} rice krispies

i don't eat much cereal but i had this box of rice krispies left over from when i made energy bars (#252) so i spilled some out and shaped my name into the spilled remains.

{322} pencil crayons

phew! i just did a double-check to see if i'd ever done this idea before but i hadn't! it's so hard to keep track by this point in the project. i can't believe i'm almost done. i'm so stoked. :)

{321} blacked-out buttons

well, this is my third button name but i keep finding new uses for them to create my name! i saw this idea on another 365 blog (i apologize for forgetting whose!) and knew i had to try it too! only 45 names to go!!!

i've done my nickname before but never how i'm addressed by my sweet nephew and niece. to them i will always be "auntie laurie"...not "auntie lauren". :)

{319} bulletin board

i have so many memories stapling and removing things from bulletin boards because my mother was a teacher. i spent so many afternoons after school helping her in her classroom doing this. so, i went old school and grabbed some of her old alphabet letters and stapled them to my own bulletin board.

{318} felt

i purchased all this felt many many months ago so that i could sew an iPhone cover (which i did and love). but, i'd never actually made my name from the felt. so, now was my chance! i would've loved to sew it on but i have been lacking inspiration and creativity lately. :(
